  6. Accuracy Statement: A statement that the information in your notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on behalf of the owner.

3. Counter‑Notification by Users

If you receive a DMCA takedown notice and believe that the material was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter‑notification containing:

  1. Signature: Physical or electronic signature of the user.
  2. Identification of Removed Material: Description and location of the material that was removed.
  3. Good‑Faith Statement: A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good‑faith belief that the material was removed by mistake or misidentification.
  4. Consent to Jurisdiction: Your name, address, and a statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for your district (or, if you live outside the U.S., any U.S. judicial district).
  5. Consent to Service: A statement that you will accept service of process from the party who provided the original DMCA notice.

4. Repeat Infringer Policy

Shortsy has a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances, access for users who are repeat infringers. Wicked Wheels Express Ltd. may disable or terminate accounts of repeat infringers in accordance with the DMCA and our Terms of Service.

5. No Guarantees

Shortsy is provided “as is,” and we make no guarantees regarding uptime or availability of any content, including decisions to remove or restore content under DMCA procedures. All determinations are made in good faith in accordance with applicable law.
